Following a successful 17 year career with Zurich Financial Services in a Managerial and Training & Development capacity, Andrea decided to re-train to help people overcome personal and psychological difficulties. She is a fully accredited clinical hypnotherapist, counsellor, psychotherapist & development coach. She works with adults, couples, children and families helping with a wide range of issues such as; anxiety, panic attacks, fears, phobias, addictions, bereavement, eating habits, OCD, relationship problems, parenting skills & children's behaviour issues.

 

She is a specialist in working with children in helping them overcome anxiety and works closely with parents and schools to support each child on an individual basis.  She also provides support to parents struggling with their child or teenagers behaviour.  She has a proven track record of successfully helping children grow their confidence and change their behaviour. 

 

She has had a variety of articles published in both local and national press on issues such as; Pushy Parenting, Alcohol Awareness, Sleep Problems, Smoking, Living with a Partner and regularly appears on the radio.  She has a range of hypnosis CDs that are available to buy in the shops and online.
